Review of Hidden Magic

Hello, my Lovelies! How was your week? Mine was great. I was able to read an amazing reverse harem book called Hidden Magic. As you can see by the title, I will review said book in this post. So let’s check it out!

The Blurb: A cursed witch, four intriguing young men, and a shadow realm hidden within their academy.

After graduating high school, Willow Oliver watches her friends go away to college while she makes the ten-minute trip to Harper Academy, the school full of the ordinary. Even with the help of her uncle, staying close to home is crucial for her to continue to care for her mother’s declining mental state and constant talk about their family being cursed.

When Willow notices things her fellow students don’t, she starts to uncover mysteries about not only the school she now attends, but herself, and the four guys who seem to be drawn to her.

Can Willow handle the truth of her lineage and fight the many battles she’s soon to face in her first year at Harper Academy? Or will she succumb to the curse while risking the lives of the ones she can’t help but care for?

The Review: This book was amazing. The style in which Luan wrote in was understandable and easy to read. Everything flowed nicely in my opinion. The characters were lively and realistic. My favorite being Sydney, a sweet, caring young gentleman. For me the characters really leapt off the page Willow, the principal character, was very relatable and interesting to read about. I could not put the book down. I had to know what was going to happen next! The plot is well structured and intriguing. I loved how Luna is unraveling things slowly and keeping you engaged through the entire book. It really makes it a page turner for sure. I look forward to reading the next instalment, Cursed Magic! I can not wait to see what new dangers lurk around the corner for not only Willow but her friends! I highly recommend reading this book if you like magical academy or reverse harem books like I do.

Rating: Hidden Magic gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Rating: 5 out of 5.
